MINUTOCORP
Rebranding, technology and content — from one project to a Guayas reference
Minutocorp started with a single project and went on to become one of the most important construction and real-estate companies in Guayas. We delivered the rebrand they still use today, ran their tech operation and produced the content behind flagship projects like Almax 2 — operations center — and La Arboleda in Quevedo. We also shot a drone-led institutional film that toured every project the company had been part of, and designed a brochure with transparent overlays that showed not just where the company stood, but the ambition and scale it was aiming for.
The challenge
A construction company scaling from a single project to a portfolio needs a brand that grows with it, content that sells preconstruction online, and tech infrastructure that supports site and office operations at once.
What we did
- Full rebrand — identity, logo, visual system — designed to scale across multiple projects without losing coherence.
- Drone-led institutional film: aerial tour through every project the company had been part of, cut as a corporate presentation piece.
- Corporate brochure with transparent overlays: pages stacked to show the real track record and, on top of it, the scale the company was aiming for — one piece that said where they were and where they were headed in the same gesture.
- Per-project preconstruction content production: renders, copy, spec sheets and digital presence.
- Technology infrastructure connecting site, office and sales: email, files, comms, support.
- Flagship projects shipped: Almax 2 (operations center, Guayaquil) and La Arboleda (residential, Quevedo) — each with its own case study.
Results
- The identity we designed remains in use more than a decade later.
- Minutocorp grew into one of the recognized names of the sector in Guayas.
- Almax 2 and La Arboleda were left documented with content that sustained their preconstruction sales.
