UPGRADE-EC S.A.S. ("upgrade.ec", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through this site, under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP).

What we collect

• Contact data you provide voluntarily: the domain or email entered in the quick audit, WhatsApp or email messages.
• Technical data generated by the audit: public results for the analyzed domain (DNS, HTTPS, performance) and connection characteristics shown only in your browser.
• Local preferences (light/dark theme) stored on your device; never sent to our servers.

How we use it

• To generate the diagnostic you requested and contact you with results.
• To answer sales and support inquiries.
• To meet legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Processors and transfers

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, Google PageSpeed Insights performance metrics, Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot verification). These providers may be located outside Ecuador and operate under their own data-protection safeguards.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to [email protected]. We respond within the timeframes set by the LOPDP.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described, or as required by law.
