FAQ
Do you buy equipment under your name?
Not by default — we recommend procurement under the client’s name so warranty and asset stay with the business. If you need leasing or cash-flow help, we coordinate with financing partners.
What happens to old equipment?
Secure wipe per DoD 5220.22-M, data-destruction certificate, and recycling with Ecuador-authorized environmental partners. If the device still has life, it gets re-deployed or donated with data fully erased.
Can you manage Apple as well as Windows?
Yes. We operate Macs with Apple Business Manager + MDM for the same control level we have on Windows: zero-touch enrollment, policies, encryption and remote wipe.
