Cloud & infrastructure

Migrations to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure and AWS with no downtime.

We design and operate the cloud infrastructure of the business — email, files, identity, backup and servers — focused on predictable cost, incident recovery and compliance. Migrations run in stages so the operation never stops.

What's included

  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace migration with full mail, shared-folder and rule preservation.
  • Single sign-on (SSO) with mandatory MFA and role-based policies.
  • Azure, AWS or GCP servers — cost design, right-sizing and spend monitoring.
  • Cloud backup (Microsoft 365, files and databases) with quarterly restore drills.
  • Documented disaster-recovery (DR) plan with declared RTO and RPO.
  • Site-to-site connectivity for office, plant and remote sites via VPN or SD-WAN.

Who it's for

  • Companies with aging on-prem servers that no longer make sense.
  • Operations with remote staff that needs reliable access to files and email — no fragile VPN.
  • Companies that scaled and now have unmonitored, runaway cloud spend.

How we work

  1. Discovery: mailboxes, files, identities and dependencies inventoried.
  2. Pilot migration with a controlled group to validate cutover window and user experience.
  3. Wave-based cutover during non-critical hours; intensive support for the first 72 hours.
  4. Runbook, access and cost documentation handed over so in-house IT can operate it after.

FAQ

How long does a typical migration take?

4 to 8 weeks for a 30–80 mailbox company, including pilot, waves and hypercare. More complex operations (multiple sites, application servers) are phased across longer plans.

What about the electronic-invoicing service on the local server?

We assess it first — many can move to cloud or be virtualized. If not viable, it stays in a hybrid setup with offsite backup and monitoring.

Do you handle Microsoft 365 backups?

Yes. Microsoft 365 is not a legal backup — it runs under shared responsibility. We deploy backup for mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams with configurable retention and quarterly restore drills.
