La Arboleda is Minutocorp’s residential project in Quevedo. We designed the 360 content — spec sheets, brochures, billboards, press ads, social-media content and drone-shot construction progress — and the digital presence that carried the preconstruction sale to the local buyer, a market where personal trust matters as much as the product itself.

The challenge

Quevedo is not Guayaquil: a residential purchase decision runs on personal trust, local reference and clear information. Content had to reinforce that logic with pieces the sales team could show in person and share online — not replace it with an impersonal campaign.

What we did

  • End-to-end preconstruction content production: spec sheets, brochures, billboards, press ads and sales copy — the same visual frame as Almax 2 adapted to Quevedo’s residential register.
  • Social-media content calendared by sales stage — from launch through delivery.
  • Drone-shot construction-progress films — periodic releases that proved the build was real and sustained local-buyer trust throughout construction.
  • Project digital presence integrated into Minutocorp’s rebrand visual system.
  • Support for the local sales team with digital materials ready to share over WhatsApp and in in-person meetings.

Results

  • Preconstruction sales closed with 360 content backing the local sales network.
  • Drone progress fed social channels throughout construction and kept the conversation alive with buyers in queue.
  • Minutocorp built a real-estate presence beyond Guayaquil, extending the brand to another province.
