ALUMBREC distributes LED lighting and solar-energy solutions for residential, commercial and industrial projects across Ecuador. The operation ran on PDF catalogs, manual quotes and a single on-premise server that had become the business’s single point of failure. We refreshed their brand, built an omnichannel catalog — web, Google Merchant and WhatsApp Business — and wired sales to a WhatsApp-powered CRM.

The challenge

The catalog changed faster than the team could publish it, the sales team quoted from outdated spreadsheets, and every power cut at the office froze invoicing entirely. And competing against larger distributors in LED lighting and solar energy, the brand needed to feel up to par.

• Brand refresh: visual identity, logo and consistent application across site, catalog, packaging and sales collateral.
• Self-managed web catalog with spec sheets, photometry data and real-time stock, with technical SEO so each product indexes under its category.
• Migration of invoicing and inventory to a cloud ERP integrated with Ecuador’s tax authority (SRI).
• Product feed to Google Merchant Center with prices, stock and specs — surfaces in Google Shopping and in commercial AI answers.
• Advanced WhatsApp Business Platform integration: catalog published via the Catalog API and Coexistence mode — the team keeps replying from the app while automated flows run on the same number.
• CRM enriched with the WhatsApp API: every conversation is logged per client and per salesperson, with full history and auditable handoffs — management sees the pipeline live.
• Managed support with SLA across the device fleet, with monitoring and preventive maintenance.
