Aliben is an Ecuadorian producer whose product gets searched before the brand does. We built a fast site, wired WhatsApp as the primary order channel, and ran an SEO strategy aimed at the product name and category — not the producer brand — to capture buying intent where it actually happens.

The challenge

Buyers search the product, not the maker. Ranking the producer page for brand terms would have left SEO orphaned of real traffic. The strategy had to flip — the product page becomes the primary asset.

What we did

  • Fast site organized around the product and its category, with content written to answer real buyer queries.
  • Technical and on-page SEO focused on the product name and category terms — the producer brand sits in the background.
  • WhatsApp as the primary order and inquiry channel, with templates for the most common sales flows.
  • Per-term metrics: how many WhatsApp contacts come from the product term vs. the producer name — the split is visible in the data.

Results

  • The product page ranks for the niche terms previously won by marketplaces and aggregators.
  • WhatsApp is the primary contact channel, with on-site pre-triage.
