Pronobis is one of the most established real-estate developers in Ecuador. To mark its anniversary, we designed and built an interactive brochure that walked through the company end to end: each of its projects, the team behind them and the vision that drives it forward.
The challenge
A broad track record is hard to tell in a single piece without it turning into a flat catalog. The challenge was to condense every project, the people who made them possible and the company’s vision into an experience you move through — one that felt up to par with the brand.
What we did
- A navigable interactive brochure built to be explored: the reader moves through the company’s story at their own pace instead of flipping static pages.
- A section for each project in the portfolio, with its context and its place within Pronobis’s track record.
- A team showcase: the people behind the projects, putting faces to the track record.
- A closing dedicated to the company’s vision — where it’s headed, not only where it’s been.
- Art direction and design aligned to the brand identity, worthy of an anniversary piece.
Results
- Pronobis got an anniversary piece that told its full story — projects, team and vision — in a single interactive experience.
- The portfolio stopped being a list and became something you move through as a narrative.
- A reusable institutional piece for presenting the company beyond the occasion that prompted it.
