Komatsu — global reference in heavy machinery for construction, mining and agriculture — needed a local digital presence with a browseable catalog of the available equipment. We built the institutional site and product catalog so contractors, agronomists and corporate buyers could quickly find the spec sheet for the model they were looking for.
The challenge
Heavy-machinery buyers don’t come to a site for inspiration — they come to compare tonnage, power, reach and availability. The digital presence had to respect that mode of browsing and deliver clean spec sheets without visual noise.
What we did
- Institutional site with brand, technical service, parts and sales-contact sections.
- Product catalog organized by line (construction, mining, agriculture) and by equipment category.
- Per-model spec sheet with specifications, dimensions and download of the official PDF.
- Quote-request form with pre-triage so the sales team receives inquiries with context.
Results
- The browseable catalog cut the dependency on loose PDFs emailed or sent over WhatsApp.
- The commercial team receives quotes with the model and intended use already defined.
- The site is still in production years after delivery.
